2 Thessalonians — Pauline Epistles
Πρὸς Θεσσαλονικεῖς Βʹ
3 chapters · Paul corrects the church's confusion about the Day of the Lord — it has not come yet. Two signs must precede it: the great apostasy and the revelation of the Man of Lawlessness. Meanwhile, stand firm in the traditions and work with your own hands.

The Man of Lawlessness & the Restrainer
Do not be shaken — the Day has not come. Two signs precede it: the apostasy and the man of lawlessness. The restrainer holds back the mystery of lawlessness. Christ destroys him with the breath of his mouth. Chosen, sanctified, called, glorified.
Chapter 2

Prayer, Idleness & the Rule for the Disorderly
The Lord is faithful — he will strengthen and protect. Warning against idleness and "busybodies." If a man will not work, he shall not eat. Never tire of doing good. Warn twice before separation. Paul's autograph — grace.
